3. Increase the heat to medium-high and bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens and coats the back of a spoon.

4. Remove from heat and let cool for 10 minutes.

5. Carefully pour the jam into a jar or airtight container. Seal and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
